We have been very lucky in the UK to have a national stadium that is recognised the world over as one of the greatest stadiums in the world. Both in its old incarnation (Old-Wembley) and now in its new form. This forum is aimed at providing a centralised place for discussion, memories, chat or questions on the Wembley Stadium and any of the events that have taken place in it or will in the future.

My family do not believe me so can anyone confirm that during the interval at Thursday night wembley lions speedway matches a one legged man would climb a high ladder in the middle of the stadium set himself on fire and dive into a shallow tank of water, i am sure i saw it more than once he survived each time i saw him do it. My lot think i am mad.
