We have been very lucky in the UK to have a national stadium that is recognised the world over as one of the greatest stadiums in the world. Both in its old incarnation (Old-Wembley) and now in its new form. This forum is aimed at providing a centralised place for discussion, memories, chat or questions on the Wembley Stadium and any of the events that have taken place in it or will in the future.

i'm a history of architecture major and i'm writing an article discussing the sports stadiums in europe as a cultural icon. i'd like to use the new wembley stadium as one of my examples. as i'm studying in the u.s., there's few resources concerning soccer stadiums as well as soccer as a kind of regional culture. could any of you help me out by sending me any link, contact or reference material? thank you so much, and my email is
